Biography:
Prof. Yu Zhao is a Tenured Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU), China. Recognized for his contributions to swarm intelligence coordination, he has received prestigious honors including the National Excellent Young Scientists Fund (NSFC), the High-Level Talent of Shaanxi Province, and the NPU Aoxiang Distinguished Scholar. As Principal Investigator, he has led over 10 research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Excellent Young Scientists Fund, General/Youth Programs), the Central Military Commission Science and Technology Commission (CMCSTC), and the Shaanxi Natural Science Foundation. His work bridges theoretical advances and engineering applications in multi-agent collaborative control, distributed decision-making, and resilient swarm systems. Notable accolades include the Second Prize of the National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award, the Best Paper Award at the 8th China Conference on Complex Networks, and dual Second Prizes for outstanding academic papers from Shaanxi Province. Prof. Zhao is also listed among the World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University and holds dual national/provincial talent distinctions in China.

Biography:
Feng Lu, professor/doctoral director, is a member of Engine Control Technology Committee of China Air Power Federation, a member of Airworthiness Group of National Collaborative Innovation Center for Advanced Aero-engines, a technical expert of China (Nanjing) Intellectual Property Protection Center, an expert of National Natural Science Foundation of China, an expert of Ministry of Education of China in reviewing postgraduate theses, a member of Intelligent Energy Specialized Committee of Jiangsu Energy Society, an editorial board member of Journal of Propulsion Technology and Journal of Naval Aviation University, Journal of Aerospace Power, Journal of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics youth editorial board, as a number of engine controllers, control system state identification, health management program evaluation experts. He has presided over 2 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects, LJ Major Special Project, LJ Basic Center Key Project, JKW Major Project, National Defense 173 Project, and other funds/national defense pre-research projects, etc. He has won the Second Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress from the Ministry of Education, and the Second Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress from the National Defense, each of which was awarded by the Ministry of Education. He has been awarded the title of “Excellent Young Backbone Teacher” of Jiangsu Province's “Blue and Blue Project”, “Star of Wisdom Teaching” of the Ministry of Education's Online Education Research Center, “Outstanding Master's Degree Supervisor of China Aviation Society”, “Excellent Teaching Award” of the university, and the first prize of the university's Teaching Innovation Competition (full senior group). He has published more than 100 academic papers in domestic and international journals and conferences, including more than 60 SCI papers in international journals such as AIAA J., IEEE TII, J DYN SYST-T ASME, AST, etc. He has been invited to review articles for more than 30 journals, and he has been invited as an excellent expert in reviewing articles for the Journal of Aeronautics and Astronautics (English version), and he is authorized to hold more than 20 patents for invention in the country, and 6 copyrights of software, and he is the chief editor of 1 textbook. He has been recognized as one of the “Top 2% of Global Top Scientists” by Elsevier.
Prof. Yuxiao Yang

Biography:
Yuxiao Yang, Associate Professor. He is the chief designer of the measurement and control sub-system of the “Sky Patrol 1” microsatellite program of China Southern Airlines. Currently, his main research interests are security communication and satellite communication. He has presided over a number of vertical research projects such as National 863 Program, National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Preliminary Research Project, Aviation Science Foundation, Shanghai Aerospace Science and Technology Innovation Fund, and more than 10 cooperative projects between institutions and institutes. He serves as a reviewer for journals such as Journal of Electronics and Information and Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University.
